Our Field Trip to the OKC Zoo Is next Monday on Sept. 26. You should have found a note in last Tuesday’s folder. Money needs to be turned in by Wednesday Sept 21 in order to make arrangements. All students need to ride the bus to the zoo, but may be checked out with me if you wish to stay longer and have your child ride home with you. The cafeteria will provide lunches. We would love to have as many parents, grandparents, aunts, and/or uncles join us on the trip. It is a wonderful opportunity to spend with your child. We have been reading about animals (tame & wild) in this unit and this trip will serve as a wrap up to our studies.
I’m trying to get the comprehension bookmarks in your student’s homework folder to use when reading at night. Thanks for being patient with me. They will be a great help in increasing your child’s understanding and next DIBELS score.Keep reading and practicing sight words.
