We had to keep our book level up, percentage correct at 90% or above and reach a certain number of points for each session and WE DID IT! Congratulation class. Parent-teacher conferences are next Tuesday, October 11, 2016, 3-6pm. Look for your scheduled time in your child’s Tuesday folder. I am looking forward to visiting you about your child’s progress and behavior.
The Zoo field trip couldn’t have been more beautiful. Thanks to those who came and helped. I believe the trip was a good ending to our first unit on pets and wild animals.
October begins many activities and seems to begin the holiday seasons. We will be having Fall Break starting October 12 through the 14. Next should be Red Ribbon Week with a classroom celebration for it and Halloween.
I will try to keep you informed as I become aware of activities. Keep reading and practicing sight words.
